A. Principle: Based on Real Use
AlphA registers users-stations activity once a day only if the calculations have been modified. A simple opening does not count.
Each January, the list of users (computers ID) is sent to the client for review. Users are divided into 4 categories (types) according to the number of days of use of the program over the past year.
Each category has its own specific rate and this determines the price of the global license.
The first-time customer commits to an initial plan of users of type A, B and C that seems coherent in prevision of year 1.
B. First-Time Customers (Year 1): Commitment
A license taken during the annuity (this being fixed from February 7 to February 7) will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
The Client's 1st year commitment is not subject to revisions. Should a Client use more users than initially ordered, this will only be applied the following year.
The basic plan (€ 788 - 1 type A user) includes various sporadic users (type S) so long as their global cumulated number of days during the annuity is below 30.

The unit cost decreases at each tier, with every successive level priced 7% below the previous one (down to a minimum of €172). The total license price is the sum of the unit costs for all listed users.

B. Year 1: Commitment
The first-time customer commits to an initial plan of users of type A, B and C that seems coherent in prevision of year 1.
The minimum annual fee is €802 (excl. tax). It includes one "Type A" user and a credit of 30 "Type S" user-days, which can be freely allocated among multiple occasional contributor - ideal for engaging freelancers for short-term assignments.
An annuity runs from February 7 to February 7. Any license purchased during the annuity is calculated on a pro-rata basis. No price revision is made if the client's user mix changes during the period. These changes are reflected in the following year's invoice.
Initial training is included for all new clients (2 hours, preferably in person). Additional training sessions are billed at €450 (excl. tax) for the first participant, plus €200 (excl. tax) for each additional participant. Please contact us for groups larger than six participants.
